Another Milestone has been reached. The LDSJournal BookBuilder has arrived.
Well, I can honestly say that today is one of those days that I marvel at what our team has accomplished. Not because making a book publishing system is earth-shattering (even though it was extremely difficult), but because it is an idea realized from nearly four years ago. I distinctly remember talking to Steve Reed, our amazing Art Director, about this feature. At the time, it seemed like a far-fetched idea but something that would be so great to have. Then, as you know, a few years later, we began development of this project with one of our goals being taking an online journal to a hardbound book.
Today, that goal has been reached and one of our many milestones and benchmarks has been taken off our list. I would like to thank our development team that has put in countless hours to deliver this service to our members. And more importantly, I would like to thank our members that have supported us from the beginning and have been anxiously awaiting the release of the BookBuilder™.
We promise, LDSJournal.com is going to get so much better very soon. This is just the beginning and it was a huge first step.
